Yolanda Logt is een prettig en scherpzinnig mens, die verandering weet te genereren. Ik heb Yolanda in twee hoedanigheden leren kennen. Ze volgde bij mij als deelnemer de leergang corporate antropologie, onderzoeker en veranderen van organisatiecultuur. Daar viel ze op door grote leergierigheid en zeer adequaat toepassen van de aangeboden kennis. Een veranderaar in hart en nieren, die snapt hoe cultuur in elkaar zit. Daarna werkte ze mee in de onderzoeksgroep van de Academie voor Organisatiecultuur, aan een groot onderzoek naar omgangsvormen. Hier heeft ze een grote bijdrage geleverd in het doen van antropologisch veldwerk, maken van analyse en verslaglegging. Yolanda heeft goed overzicht over onderzoek en heeft een enorme werklust en loyaliteit.
